As a Patient Care Associate, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to provide true bedside care, helping with the activities of daily living and applying technical skills such as checking vital signs and gluco-scans, and phlebotomy. You’ll learn on-the-job through both FREE and PAID training.
Qualifications: High School diploma · Medical Terminology Course preferred · 2 years experience in patient care preferred · Skills including basic nursing care, EKG, phlebotomy, basic physical therapy and respiratory preferred.

Service Associate
We seek compassionate, customer-oriented Service Associates to be responsible for ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of all patients from the medical-surgical floor for testing/discharge; performing light cleaning to ensure that patient rooms on the unit, unit corridors, nursing stations and public areas are organized, tidy and stocked with the correct equipment and supplies; maintaining patient and staff kitchens; working with the Environment Specialist to provide a clean, physical environment for patients and families.
Qualifications: High School diploma · Previous patient care/health care experience preferred · Experience working with medical equipment, computer systems, teletracking, and clinical information systems desirable · Bilingual English-Spanish a plus · Ability to lift heavy objects · Excellent interpersonal skills with respect for quiet, pleasant physical environments.

Concierge
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Concierge will be responsible for providing assistance, guidance & direction to patients and their families of the medical/surgical unit as well as visitors; answering phones; assisting medical staff by updating patient demographics and clinical information in the system; maintaining medical record charts; ensure a welcoming environment to all; and other duties as needed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma and excellent communication and customer service skills · Computer experience (MS Office) required · Knowledge of clinical systems (Meditech, Teletracking) and communication systems (Tracer Badge, Vocera) are preferred · Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
